KVM Series Circular Vibratory Finishing Machines

Circular vibratory finishing machines are used for deburring, edge rounding, polishing, smoothing and surface improvement of metal and plastic parts in industrial mass finishing processes. KVM Series machines are designed for batch processing applications where part geometry, media type, compound selection, bowl volume and process time must be matched to the required surface quality.

How Circular Vibratory Finishing Machines Work

KVM Series machines create a controlled vibratory motion inside the processing bowl. Parts, media and compound move together in a circular flow, allowing burrs to be removed, edges to be rounded and surfaces to be polished or smoothed in a repeatable industrial process.

Key Advantages of KVM Series Machines

Circular vibratory finishing machines help manufacturers achieve repeatable deburring, edge rounding, polishing and surface smoothing results in batch production. The KVM Series is suitable for industrial parts that require consistent surface quality, controlled media movement and reliable process performance.

  • Repeatable deburring and edge rounding for metal and plastic parts
  • Suitable for polishing, smoothing and surface improvement applications
  • Flexible process setup with media, compound and cycle time selection
  • Compatible with drying, separation and washing systems for complete finishing lines

ADVANTAGES OF KVM SERIES

Grinding and polishing in minimum time thanks to bowl design.

Vibration impact can be reduced or increased mechanically (by weight).

Easy to separate stone and material used in models with sieve and ramp.

It allows the use of different sizes of stones thanks to the easily removable portable sieve.

Thanks to its conformable ramp design, all materials are easily unloaded from the bowl.

Our high-performance vibration motor is long-lasting and minimizes your service costs.

Resistance to acidic environments with double layer epoxy paint.

Long bowl life thanks to our abrasion-resistant Elastomer type (90 Shore) polyurethane coating.

Custom-design bowl or chassis height and spring design.

Noise level is minimized with the optional Pneumatic Acoustic cover. Remote control of the pneumatic ramp lever from the control panel is available as an option.

As the vibration level can be adjusted with our speed-controlled panels, the most precise surface finishing is ensured on metal and non-metal surfaces.

All electrical panels are produced in accordance with CE norms.

Minimum consumption of liquids used in degreasing, deburring, and polishing processes is ensured by means of dosing pump.

KVM Series electrical panels can work in accordance with automation systems with PLC software.

KVM Series can be integrated into the press lines that are continuously producing and work automatically.

All parts used in our machines are selected according to EU standards.

Which KVM model fits your production?

KVM circular vibratory finishing machines ranging from KVM 15 to KVM 1000

KVM Series circular vibratory finishing machines are selected according to usable net bowl volume, part size, batch weight, media type, loading ratio and the required finishing result. Each KVM model code reflects the usable net volume of the machine. For example, KVM 420 has a 420-liter net volume and 490-liter gross volume, while KVM 720 has a 720-liter net volume and 830-liter gross volume.

KVM 15 and KVM 40 are compact non-sieve machines and can be combined with an external SM Series separator when part-media separation is required. The smallest KVM model with an integrated sieve system is KVM 120. Larger models are designed for heavier industrial batches, higher throughput and more demanding production requirements.

Automation Board

KVM Series machines can be configured with different accessories and separation systems according to part geometry, media size, process type and production flow. These options help improve operator comfort, unloading efficiency, part-media separation quality and process flexibility.

The O Series is a non-sieve machine configuration. The R Series includes a ramp-type unloading system with a classic perforated sieve. The DL Series uses a double-layer channel sieve system, allowing small parts to pass through the channels while larger media returns to the machine. The DL-R Series combines double-layer and single-layer sieve use in one machine, making it possible to run different finishing processes with a more flexible configuration.

Additional options such as sound cover, pneumatic ramp and automation board can be selected depending on noise control, unloading method and process control requirements.
