Our deburring machines have been specially developed for deburring precision parts. Our systems are able to precisely remove burr thicknesses of 0.05 to 1.5 millimetres without affecting the workpiece geometry. The use of the latest deburring technology ensures efficient process control and minimizes rework and rejects.

Our deburring machines are designed to efficiently process a wide range of materials. These include aluminum alloys such as EN AW-6060 (AlMgSi), stainless steel types such as X5CrNi18-10 (1.4301) and X6CrNiMoTi17-12-2 (1.4571), as well as brass (CuZn37) and various plastics. For more demanding applications, our industrial deburring machines offer solutions for high-strength materials such as titanium (Ti-6Al-4V, material number 3.7164) or hardened steel (1.2379).

Our deburring machines work with precisely coordinated process parameters, including abrasive type, grinding time and contact pressure, to achieve reproducible surface finishes of Ra 0.2 to Ra 1.0 micrometres.
