Level switch of band filter has closed circuit. Thus band filter is fully automatic.
Steel band transporter has 16B1 type chain and high flexibility material.
Filtration unit has 4 main components; magnetic seperator (option), band filter, tank and pump.
Dirty oil inlet will be on the collector of filtration unit.
1pc 3 bar 100 lt/min circulation pump will be mounted on the tank.
Operating of filtration unit is silent and nonvibrating.
1pc bleeder outlet will be mounted at filtration unit.
Band filter width is 500 mm.
Tank dimensions are 1200x600x280 mm and 200 lt capacity. Tank has 2 main sections as contaminated and pump side.
Main voltage supplier and control circuit will be in the control panel. (3 ~ 220Volt or 380 Volt.)
Pump signal and machine adaptation signal must inform to us.
Whole system will be painted with electrostatic application of powdered paint.
