UREIC CHIPS

Ureic chips are used for surface abrasion and deburring especially in soft metals such as zinc (zamak) and aluminum. They are suitable for pre-coating surface preparation. Our ureic chips can be prepared in various compositions depending on the desired surface quality. They can be produced with different types of abrasives. They have a softer structure compared to plastic chips. They have a maximum abrasion-grinding rate. They can be preferred as an economic alternative. We have fully automatic standard production. Custom production can be made according to your needs. Vibration exit water may contain 2.5-3% solid particles. In systems with treatment units, filter maintenance may be more frequent than plastic chips.
